Poor customer service, I believe the agents don't understand the importance of responding to customer emails, answering calls and answering queiries on the phone. It's almost two months, our claim is still on process. The agents did not even care to update.. tsk, tsk.. The management should retrain their employees about the importance of customer service.

My car is in honda cars davao for a month. Already done the repairs but could not release due to the super slow releasing of cheque from bpi ms. I commute for a month wasting money.
