A former Japanese resto converted into a BBQ joint that could give the grilling spots of Tiongson Street good competition. Price range is lower and the meat and seafood offerings are displayed inside chest type freezers with glass tops, thus making them less exposed to dust & what-have-yous and thus, fresher. Highly recommending the crispy fried hito (ours was huge!), sizzling squid (saucy but not overpowering), pork bbq & native chicken bbq which had their own sauce dips. For starters, the chicken binakol served inside a coco shell was a delight! There are 3 sections- 2 al fresco areas (one at an upper floor) and an airconditioned room where videoke is available for those who want to entertain their dinner companions.
