Rude staff..Was just trying to ask about a concern on how to replace a product since it was instructed by Sony that the replacement will be from the dealer but the first person I talked to kept insisting that I go to Sony without even explaining why and even raised her voice..I was endorsed to another staff and he explained, but just kept talking and would not even listen to what I was going to say
