It was good. Staff is friendly and accommodating . I was relaxed though I was looking for more. But great service overall. Will definitely return here.

The service was great. We were greeted by the receptionist and was informed of their best seller. It's the best place to get a massage that is affordable. I was meaning to take a picture of there packages and rates. With the package that I chose, everything was great! From the facial to the foot spa and massage.

They have the lowest rate in Baguio but sometimes the one hour massage isn't really 1 hour. We timed it and it's only 45 mins with the therapist having a break sometimes. Sometimes it's good though, they massage you for almost an hour. It's a hit or miss in this spa. Also, in the end, there's no wiping off the oil so you'll feel oily after the session.

We went here only because our favorite spa was fully booked dor the day. Unfortunately, our experience in Himaya spa wasn't all that good. Although their prices are considerably lower than our usual spa, their services are not top notch. The masseusses were noisy, the receptionist was walking down the halls noisily with his flipflops and talking to his staff loudly. we were expecting the place to be quiet but to our disappointement, it was everything but that. The sheets of our massage beds were stained with oil, and from our room, we can hear people talking (even our masseusses) during the majority of our massage time, so it wasnt that relaxing. The person doing my sister's foot spa wasnt even looking at she was doing at some point, she started scrubbing the bony ankle part of my sister's foot. (ouch!). Also feels like tipping is mandatory - customers should be given the option to tip if they are happy with the services, not becauae a tipping envelop was given to them and the staff are expecting you to give. Lastly, when we were about to pay, the receptionist was impatiently gesturing towards our masseusses in a very commanding way to hurry up and fix the room we used since there were 2 customers waiting. Not a good way of treating your staff in front of customers.
