RCBC BAGUIO - MABINI ST.

I rarely write reviews, but once I do, It's because I've had it!! They don't really care about any customer service efficiency improvement plans because until now, Their BANK SYSTEM is still the same, aggravatingly slow and unorganized. They have the same single teller for priority and regulars. I'm surprised they still have clients at this rate.

Waited for an hour to pay for my credit card and the teller said its past cut off time. Since the cut off was at 4pm i was there 3 pm onwards and waited for my freaking number! This is absolutely foolish for a bank to let a customer enter the bank and was inside for almost an hour and still not past the cut off time! There was only one teller who processes everything and now you're telling me its past the cut off time and i can no longer pay!? This is ridiculous! I waited for an hour. Cut of tine was 4 pm and i was there at 3 pm! So unprofessional RCBC

Worst experience to wait long hour for bank transactions. No mitigation undertaken by the manager to ease the long line.
