Livelihood Training and Productivity Center

It’s an LGU-managed Training Center where courses are TESDA accredited. On top is the function hall where the management usually holds graduation ceremonies. The operational budget is taken from the City Government of Surigao. This facility is revenue-generating through course fees paid by TESDA. It’s a very good initiative by the City Government - earning while addressing the educational needs of its poor but deserving residents.
