They have a number posted but nobody answers.

They open at 8:30am and close sharply at 5:45pm, even though their posted business time is 7:30 am to 6:30 pm - so be advised if you want to rely on them for an early or last-minute emergency. (Even their security guard seems to want to get out early). However, they DO have FAR more stuff than their competition (Citi Hardware). (Sadly,) floor personnel may not know what they're selling or what the products are called (i found that the front cashier knew more about the parts than the stocking and/or assistance boys for both electrical and plumbing!!!) - but if you are patient and persistent, the part you're looking for is 99% likely to be on a shelf. Bonus points: they have a second floor (not so obvious from the ground floor) with even more stuff - furniture, more hardware, various plasticware, etc. Worth visiting. Something that could help the store owner: - improve the interior lights... they're dim and yellow, and makes it seem like the store is from the 1800's.... Stronger, brighter lights could help everyone (hint: use LED, since they're also being sold there). Also, plumbing parts are all over the place (both isle and back wall on the left). Keep them together, to make it easier to find - use 2 adjacent isles, if you have to, but don't split them. - publish correct store hours... At a minimum, if you can't train the staff to follow posted business hours, at least adjust them to reflect the late opening and earlier-than-usual closing times.
