With its convenient location, the hotel offers easy access to the city's must-see destinations.

I booked my hotel online the day before I checked in. Once I arrived, they somehow lost my reservation so I had to purchase another room. They claimed to offer free WiFi but it was not working during my entire stay. The air conditioning was not working so the room was very humid. They didn’t offer any amenities like a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, water, or anything. The swimming pool was probably the only thing that was nice about the entire hotel. Upon checkout, I showed the cashier my booking reservation that my credit card was charged for my initial booking, but they still would not refund me, so I essentially had to pay twice for my stay. This is a complete rip off and I will never book here again. I also dissuade anyone else from booking here.

Affordable and has breakfast included in the package even if it doesn't indicate it. :-)

Accomodating staff, beautiful place clean area

The palatable food sets it apart from other resorts in the city. There’s something that in taste of the food that compels you to crave for more.nnI just have complaints on the space. Rooms and the function halls are small. Not ideal for mid-sized or big events. The place is only ideal for small meetings or small gatherings. They also have limited number of rooms. However, the resort's effort to expand cannot also be discounted. The expansion at the back to accomodate bigger crowds is now nearing completion.nnWifi connection is also another issue.nnWe hope to see improvements in the future.
