Tan-aw sa Alang

True to its name, Tan-aw sa Alang offers a scenic view of lush greenery. Diners may opt to enjoy the scenery indoors through the floor-to-ceiling glass walls or enjoy the cool breeze with its al fresco dining.nnDespite its limited food options, Tan-aw sa Alang is still a great place to enjoy a hot cup of coffee (or chocolate) and meaningful conversation.

Recently opened this February, the restaurant itself is the perfect compliment of the stunning view of the mountains. The staff is very kind and accomodating and will attend to your needs right away. The ambiance is a real respite from the usual city sceneries.I appreciate how they designed the restrooms, very unique. The coffee and chocolate drink is soothing and right blend. As to the food, It needs to introduce more choices and add more to the usual servings. Limited parking but this restaurant is worth a try.

Tanaw is a quaint coffee shop right along Marcos hiway, on the side going down. It has a good view of the mountain, and it can be very foggy too ud83dude0a i don't know abt you but I love the fog. Makes it even more cool and relaxing. They have good pastries and coffee. Lots of locals come here, so that means it's good for tourists to try too.

Great stop before going back to Manila.nnCoffee is okay, my guess is they get their beans from Garcia's of Baguio.nnFree pinipig that comes with their coffee is good.nnI tried their pinikpikan noodles, and it's overpriced for it's taste. Tastes just like normal ₱50 chicken mami from street vendors.nnBut the view is stunning!

We would love to try the experience here however,it was very limited due to MECQ,we enjoyed their brewed coffee and pasalubong items.
