We lived here for 25 years, my parents were pioneers. It was okay before but now there are issues of stealing and teenagers staying in places that they shouldn't be in. The plaza is dirty, the guy I talked to said he burned leaves because the other side was full of mosquitos and he cleans it everyday. There are vehicles parking in the plaza on both sides. There is a law that if you don't have a garage, don't buy a car since others also park in the street, the place is also crawling with dangerous people at night, since it is an open subdivision there is no security. The place needs more care, and I know the officials here do not do their jobs properly

Good thing there's court for leisure timenn*Cars parking in a zigzag pattern making it a one lane road.n*Never ending floods in the roadn*No-proper drainage systems, Smelly Canals due to clogging.n*Mosquitoes are rampant !
