Dr. Jorge P. Royeca Hospital

Even a single star I won't give them because of the treatment I received just last Saturday February 24,2018 around 3-4 in the afternoon when the admitting personnel approach us asking "Unsay atoh maam?" so I assume that this lady would be a good communicator because she's the one who first approach us. Here's our conversation: Girl: Unsay ato maam? Me: Magpaadmit unta mi maam ba. Girl: Kinsay psyente ? Me: Areh sya maam oh. Girl: Unsay ginabati nimu? (looking to my sister-in-law the patient) Sister-in-law(patient): Gikalintura ko, taz nagkurog ko. Me: nagurog man gud na sya tapos nagviolet na iya kuko sa tiil og kamot. tapos naa pud na syay heart condition og buntis pud na sya. Girl: Ay maam dili na sya pwede iadmit diri. Pero kung gusto jud ninyo tan.awa lng ninyo ang medical ward kung kauyon mo.! Me and my husband check the ward and it looks like our patients would get more illness than what she has already and wont be cured if she will stay in the ward and as what they said you will be the one who would provide for your patients bed. So we go back to the girl in the admitting section. Me: Maam dili jud xa pwede ibutang sa private room maski karon lang. Girl: Dili jud sya pwede sa private room maam, kay walay doctor na magadto sa iya didto. Me: (confused na. how come walay doctor na magadto na sa private room na gane ibutang amu pasyente?) As in dili jud maam? Girl: Dili jud na xa pwede ibutang sa private maam sa ward ra jud na sya pwede. SAmot na kung ang Philhealth ninyo kay Indigent! (rude na iya approach aneh na time or should i saythe whole time?) Me: (iritable na sa iya teatment sa amu kay degrading na jud xa muapproach. Samot na tung naay tigulang na babae na nagsulod saying: Maam pwede magpailis.. giingnan dayun sya og photocopy duha ka birth. (without looking pa na sa tigulang ha. wala nuon nya nakita na may dala philhealth i.d ang tigulang which is basis atong ipachange nya na spelling. so nagtell an pud ang tigulang naa man koy i.d maam pwede kani nalng. anah na lng si girl ay.! iphotocopy gihapon na duhaa nalng. (as in rude kaayo sya makitungo og tao promise) then may nagabot na pud na driver. Driver: Maam naa koy pasahero maam ba namalihog lang ni sa ako na ipaadmit sya asa nako kay wa syay kauban asa ni sya dal.on? Girl: Didto na sir oh! (pointing sa emergency room area) Driver: Asa banda maam? (medyo tense na si kuya driver siguro nabalaka na pud sya sa iyang pasyente. Girl: Didto sir oh! (still pointing sa emergency room area) Dili man gud mi nurse.! (together with the man or should i say boy in that said office) Me and my family go out in the office feeling degraded by that girl. We talked and decided to find another hospital. My point in this review of the said hospital is to raise awareness that some of the staff of this hospital needs a training or seminar on hospitality or other related training that would help them improved their staff specially int the attitude aspect. Please Ms.Admin I just really don't get your name because of our situation at that moment but when I got the chance to be there again and receive the same treatment again please expect that I would really talked to you and ask you what is the matter with you why your attitude is like that. Seriously please don't underestimate people even they look poor,illiterate,etc.,. Because we are all equal on our almighty Gods eyes.Please lang po. To our local government unit in General Santos City please have a check po. If you would just disguise yourselves and try to check the hospital you would received first hand the same treatment. Even asking the tricycle drivers regarding this hospital you would really get the same opinions. Sorry if i may say negative things but really till now i really feel degraded. I give a 1 star rating to be able to post this review.

The WORST hospital you can find. Hospital staff are INCOMPETENT from the cashier-who receives payment up to the doctor who's supposed to give medical advice. When I went to the cashier to pay the bill she did not accept my payment and simply said "wala koy sinsilyo ana". What the hell? It's your damn job it's not the patient's or customer's job para maghanap ng ipangsusukli mo. Later on I was told to get in line for check up ng doctor, wala pang 30 seconds lumalabas na ng room yung patients. When it was my turn, I had to ask the doctor some questions yet her only answer to my question was still a question "Unsa diay ang ingon sa orientation?". Wow. Very helpful, huh? She couldn't be bothered to answer questions apparently. (That or maybe she just couldn't answer the question. AKA incompetent.) Parang sobrang busy yet the few times I saw her sa hospital chismis and giggling with other staff may time sya. She couldn't even spare a minute to answer a question. Disgusting. Didn't get her name but she's petite, with long black straight hair, fair skinned, long chin, wears sandals with heels. Horrible experience with this hospital. 👎

If you can afford paying for your hospital bills , this would be the last place you'd want to go. Hospital is like a fellow reviewer said. "highly populated " , You can see patients lying on hospital beds at the hallways , but they're trying there best to improve the services.. so.... yeah.

Very High chance of Dying if you don't know someone who works here.
