The flow is not meet my expectations.

Now transfer to its new location along Pendatun Ave fronting oval plaza. Filipinos are not particular about health insurance investment, best effort by the Philippine government to established health insurance for everybody. Affordable yet indespensible when medical or hospitalization is necessary thus a big help for a member.

Way too slow. I think they could improve the service if they would only work on better efficiency.

Quite stuffy inside especially when the place is jampacked with clients so make sure to bring your own fan to cool off while waiting for your turn to be called. An attendant will help you out if you need assistance and will show you the proper procedures for filing or paying your PhilHealth premiums. Better still, pay at their affiliate business centers at Robinsons, KCC or SM City Gensan.
