Minneapolis Lock & Key

Spoke to a representative and was told to email photos of all locks that needed serviced. Didn't receive a call back after doing so after a week. I spoke to someone who was apologetic and sent me a estimate that day, which was great. I waited a day or two to think about the options and emailed what services I needed for my house. I didn't hear anything back for another week, so I called in. Spoke to someone who was nice enough but didn't seem to have my information available. I will not be using their services, instead I'll use a big box company. Sucks too because I wanted to support a shop in my neighborhood. Lacking organizational skills and following up with customers.

Just bought a house. Had Mpls lock and key come out to put in new locks and rekey a few doors. Not a single complaint. The guy who came out was awesome.

Priceless. These guys are great. Someone used my fiat 500 car key for a crowbar. Badly bent the metal part. Would not fit in the ignition or door locks. Tried tapping straight with a hammer. No luck.nnGoogled for replacements, which ran $150! Yikes! Saw great reviews for this locksmith. Called and they were optimistic they could help.nnPlace looks like it’s been there since the 1949s and staff all look like long time locksmiths. In the end, they tapped and filed and tapped again, until the damaged key worked again. The charge? $15.nnHighly recommended
