We called Silverline and instead of trying to sell us something, the person on the phone suggested we simply try spraying the keyhole with silicone spray. It worked perfectly! So, although Silverline did not get a sale, they gained loyal customers who will always recommend them first. Thank you!

HONEST & PROFESSIONALnI engaged Silverline's services because our main entry door was not closing properly. Their technician Sterling was upfront with me, citing his observation that the cause was a misaligned door frame, which will require the services of a framer. Though he did a bit of work trying to see if there can be some improvement, in the end it was of no avail. Silverline's manager Duncan phoned me later and said that I won't be billed at all since my problem was not solved. Duncan at Silverline saved me when my bike lock key broke right out of the lock. Stuck on Lonsdale with an immovable e-bike and a 4 year old, this kind gentleman came to my rescue right away and found a way to copy the key... **even though the shop was already closed!** I have been by Silverline to copy keys in the past and have always had a good experience, but this was truly exceptional. Thank you to Duncan for going above and beyond!

Spoke to Duncan who agreed to send out a tech even though it was outside of their service area. On top of that he gave me a great deal and was willing to send a tech out a second time to make sure the work was done properly. Awesome customer service and great price. Will definitely use them again and refer my friends and family.

Awesome. My trucks ignition/door key broke in half and procrastinated going to a store after going to Canadian Tire and being told there was nothing they could do, but these guys did it in under a minute. Cheap to. Hats off fellas.
