Fabulous and professional service. These guys turned up, on time, quickly and efficiently provided the service we requested. Nothing was a problem and was all completed with a very good price. We decided to change the locks to all of our doors, having just moved into a new property. I contacted City Lock & Safe, on Wednesday, with my initial enquiry which George responded to promptly, providing both an overview of my options and also a quote. Following this, James and Andy came to undertake the work, which was perfectly carried out. Both were great guys and very professional. I would most definitely recommend City Lock and Safe.

Had difficulty finding an outlet for an unusual key that I needed a copy of for usage. I was advised to try City Lock & Safe.nThey checked the original key and found one to use. Within a few minutes I had the duplicate I needed to back up the original.nWhen I tried it in the equipment at home it worked perfectly.nWell done and many thanks.

Excellent service from start to finish. We had a door which had not worked well since being damaged caused by a break in. City Lock and Safe have done a great job re setting all the latches and hinges and it's working a treat again. Great job guys!

We have used the services of City Lock & Safe since 1998, and have had several job lots serviced by them. They are always extremely professional and on time for each contract we have entered into.
