I bought a new house and wanted to change the locks as I didn't know who had copies of the keys. ESL came out quickly to solve the problem. The office staff were very helpful and the locksmith was on time, professional and quickly re-keyed 8 locks with 1 key. I have peace of mind knowing my house is secure! 5 stars ESL, I couldn't be happier with the service and will definitely recommend to friends and family!!

Literally the only business that answered their 24hr emergency line at 4:30AM after a break-in at my home. Friendly staff and excellent customer service.nnI called 12 other places that advertised 24hr service and not one of them answered their phones or called back despite repeated calls.

ESL were fantastic and I would happily use them again and recommend. I needed a new locking mechanism for an external gate that was well and truly outside of the standard size. The team knew their stuff and were able to fix the problem short term as a specific mechanism needed to be ordered in. It means that I can stay safe while the new part is on order. They were friendly, professional and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after and it was all for a really reasonable price. They also helped with a couple of other queries!

Would definitely recommend the girls and guys @ ESL Lock Professionals Brisbane. Had issues with missing property keys while the front door lock had ceased to operate. The team @ ESL had it sorted that day with minimal fuss and at a reasonable price. Thanks

Couldn't even begin to describe how happy I am with the work ESL did for my business, Have used previously and glad I chose to use again. Thomas was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will be using again for sure.
