Gil Puyat-Makati Central Post Office Footbridge

This opened but covered footbridge (elevated walkway) allows pedestrians to cross Gil Puyat Avenue (Buendia) from Makati Central Post Office, near the corner of Ayala Avenue Extension, to the other side beside a empty lot that is expected to become a staging area for the Makati Subway construction. There is no other way to cross Gil Puyat in this area without using this footbridge. On the eastern side after the Ayala Ave-Gil Puyat intersection, is a similar footbridge near the RCBC Plaza.
