Banking staff takes transaction personally. They gave priority to people they know. Show of professionalism is lost whenever things like this happens each and every client should be handled evenly. I suggest reshuffling of their staff to other branches will be a good idea. Nothing personal but something simple to be look upon on! The essence of good customer service is lost whenever people takes things too personal and give advantage to other people. no matter how big ot small.

12/11/18 upon asking about the new bill. They said that its first come first serve. But after a long que they change it on 1 bundle per bill basis. Bad expirience on the staff. Not smiling. I they care is the money.
