I am a regular customer of Lynderm since last year and today, I’ve decided to find a different clinic. Services are very affordable but the workers are very unproffesional. Equipments? As of now, they only have two steamers working for facial and one of them isn’t working properly which sucks because I experienced that steamer twice and when they popped my pimples, it really hurts and ended up bruising my face which that time is fine for me because I am very forgiving person. The workers are gossiping while doing the whole facial and diamond peel. I hate it because they’re talking about their co-workers specially the one named “Diane” and as a regular customer, I became familiar with their names. What really disappoints me the most is what happened today. So me and my fiancé arrived there 4pm. My fiancé works Pacific time so he regularly woke up 10pm Manila time. Okay, so we got there 4pm and they said that we need to wait an hour because of other customers so we write down our names instead for reservation and walk around the mall while waiting. After 30mins, they messaged me that we might wait two hours because the current customer added services so I asked my fiancé to just go home and rest and do the whole facial thing next time but he said it’s fine since we’re already there. We went back in the clinic quarter to 6pm and this Diane approach me and ask if we’re gonna do our facial. I said yes. She checked the therapists and told me that only one can be accomodated. I told her that we have our names on the reservation lists and we’re there 2hours ago. She keeps on apologizing and blaming her co-workers. She checked again the therapists and said that all of them is only until 6pm. Are you kidding me? We got there 4pm and told to wait 2hours which is 6pm when you know that nobody’s gonna work at 6pm. I am too upset. And this Diane keeps on blaming her co-workers and told me to go back tomorrow. Seriously? After what happened, are you expecting me to go back? No way!
