Would have been a nice village, save for the roads that became parking lots.

convenient to travel wherever u want to go especially if your going to manila as it is along the road hassle free both with private cars and for public transport. surrounded by commercial establishment, 24 hours of service food chains etc... ud83dude18

I live here. So much more to improve but location is great. Security is also good. But, developer needs to endorse HOA to homeowners really soon! We cannot get a decent installation of phone lines, internet and cable TV options because of their restrictions. Water supplied by private provider is dirty and smelly.

Basketball court and club house thats the amenities. Garbage collection is poor despite increased monthly dues. Some street lights are busted. The good side is the security personnel are visible.

The place is great, peaceful and with almost complete amenities. The downside, for me at least, is the size of the roads. People does not have parking space so they occupy the streets instead, resulting in a populated and crowded, sometimes impassable, thoroughfares.
