Easy to park at this mall and definitely convenient!nStores sell affordable items.nEasy access to the food stalls, supermarket and hardware store!

I love their free parking services! I don't worry much about the security because of the guarding personnel at the parking exit. I often visit the mall for government transactions like for Driving License Renewal, NBI Clearance, Philhealth. etc.

The mall is pretty small and very limited stores but some botiques here is not available at either SM or Terraces. They have lots of tiange located in the top floor.nnGovernment satellite offices are also available inside the mall.nnBus terminal and other public transport is accessible from the mall.
