Nap and Rose Resort

The water is disgusting, and the cottages lights does not work properly. Additionally, the do not have a life guard. Thr good thing is their rest room was clean enough.

We went there during off peak time so there were only 3 groups in the resort (including us).nThe place could use some improvement, but overall, we had fun because the place is clean, easy to find (as long as you know the name), and affordable.

We spent the night at this place together with my friends and left in the morning the following day. The place was so dim as the areas other than our rooms had no light. So we were under the impression that we were the only people there since the caretaker didn't bother telling us if there were others. In less than an hour when were all prepping up to sleep, my sister's 2 phones suddenly went missing. We called in the caretaker of the place as the owner wasn't around. Only to find out after further investigation to the point we called in the police to report the incident, there were 3 other caretakers of the resort. Thinking it was late in the evening and place outside were very dark, we were thinking of someone who's already watching us even before the phones went missing. Following day, my sister talked to the owner hoping to get a sort of resolution but apparently unsuccessful. We tried to address the issue of us having no keys of our own rooms which made it more risky. She just told us, she brought along the keys with her as she thought we're her loyal customers. So security isn't guaranteed to begin with. Cutting it short, owner seemed to lack concern of what happened that she even had the time to brag about her education making it the reason as it's less likely their resort would have faulty or dissatisfying service. Verdict: if you're to have some relaxation/quality time with your friends/loved ones, this is definitely not the place to stay at. From place to people, everything is highly rated 0.

We booked an overnight stay. No security guard, no cctv and the room keys were not handed to us by the caretaker. The only light that was on, are the lights outside each rooms. Then the worst happened. 2 cellphone were stolen and the owner is nowhere to be found during the investigation. The police came twice but no solution was provided. Our vacation started on the wrong note due to this incident. Think twice before you book. If you will, then be prepared with the risk that goes along with it.

So we decided to hold our strategic planning and we wanted to try something new, a new place for that matter. I don't know how the faculty have heard of this but this one is not a good place to hold any event. Booked for 60 pax and the catering service robbed us of good food by giving each of us one cut of meat of their caldereta. Imagine how prisoners queue in for their lunch, that's what we felt when we saw the amount of food they were putting on our plates. Coming from a team of consistent scout of caterers, we may say that service, presentation and taste of food were so disappointing. Looked like it will just cater for half of what we have reserved for. When we complain, the owner via text told us that it was the first that somebody complain with their service.
