I payed 765 php for 3 kg to wash and iron + 1 kg to wash only. Maybe cz I am foreigner? The operator tryied also to weight the heavy bin togheter the clothes to increase the price ! A near laundry washes and irons the same quantity for 90 php. They specified also the price of the soap and the hungers! This is the most expensive laundry in Philippines i have found until now and this for a normal quality of the job. If u want to waste yr money come here!

I've been seeing them cleaning their washers using a machine that produces hot steam. Some laundry shops don't clean their machines well so I feel at ease in lazy laundry wash.

Operations of the Laundry wash is weak. They offer pick-up and delivery services but most of the time there's no one available to pick-up but in the rare times that they confirm that they will pick-up no one shows up. They mostly blame that the morning shifts don't inform them that they have to pick-up. Shows that there's a lack of coordination in the staff and bad operations management if they do have a manager. I've been a loyal customer for over a year now but since this has been a recurring issue, I'll be changing my laundry service provider shortly.
