Healthy Options is an upscale health food chain of stores found in many malls and shopping centers. This is their head office near Eastwood in Quezon City.

Your staff and security guards are very indiscreet when they check out customers. Just yesterday, my mom felt very disrespected by your security guard at your SM City Pampanga branch who looked very suspiciously at her and the takeout food she was carrying. My sister and I experienced the same disrespect on several occasions at your Megamall and BGC High Street branches. Your staff don't seem to know what common courtesy means. If you continue to allow your staff to be disrespectful to your customers, one of these days a competitor will come along and you will lose all your customers. As for me, I will no longer visit any of your stores and will just order products directly from reputable health stores in the US. I hope your company loses all its customers and be forced to close down.

Calling the attention of HO's head office. I want to call out Healthy Options UP Town Center for their incompetent sales representatives. I am a regular customer of HO. I am asking a relevant question about the product when this young sales lady left me for no reason and hadn't get back to me even after a while, knowing that I am still waiting for some kind of assistance. To my surprise, some of her co-worker followed her to the room where she went and when they get back, there is this feeling of gossip amongst them, looking strangely to me when my attention is not on them. This is strange and awkward, feeling of discomfort and disappointment as a customer. This is one of the worst' customer experience I ever had.

As an applicant, you will be accommodated very professionally and the people are nice.
