Been going here for more than a few times for various reasons and to be perfectly honest. The customer service on this place is not at all as i have expected. processing speed? desk clerks here does not care about you or how crucial time is for you, prepare half of your day wasted as they just take their time doing what they have been doing for i assume years now as you wither away on those slippery cold metal seats. integrity for their work here is non existant

Been waiting since 8:30am, but they missed my number so i ended up spending the whole day there and didn't received a single apology, the employees has some attitude problems
