Very slow service. It took us 2 hours to get a car pass sticker.

They don't even deserve a 1 star if there is -5 star i will click to it. There are many problems likes:n1. The house have lots of termitesn2. There are electrical malfunctionn3. There are lots of loose dog in streetn4. The security is a joken5. To expensive ticket for carpas because in manila they give free car pass at least 4 for the home owner and the exceeding will be charge.n6. Costumer service is not accommodatingn7. And lot more mas maayos pa sa camella kahit di ganon kagandahan bahay ehh.

I was so dissapointed with their terrible customer service. They were on hand at first unfortunately they completely neglecting their clients and let them hanging and waiting for their response... after that.nObviously they are only after sales and really dont care about their clients.. it was so annoying !!!!nhow many people would be a victim of their poor service. Nice location (vicinity) for residential. However they have poor after sales customer service, i.e. water supply and maintenance of the subdivision.

Please do something about the dogs inside the subdivision. I was chased by dogs and couldn’t leave my home ud83eudd2c
