American Smoked BBQ under-promises and over-delivers. The owner, Justin, accommodated my request to switch from pork ribs to beef ribs and tried to perfect the smoking technique for beef two days prior to delivery. If that’s not commitment to his craft, I don’t what is. ud83dude09 As Filipinos, my family only knows ribs from restaurant chains and don’t know how painstaking the smoking process is. The process is as long as it is worth the wait because of the resulting flavor and texture of the meat. On the customer service side, he oversaw the logistics of delivering from Lipa, Batangas to BF Homes, Paranaque, beating his Sunday dinner deadline by half an hour. And this is despite a rigid BF lockdown. Thanks for making an otherwise depressing ECQ dinner special, American Smoked BBQ.
