Customer service is bad. I had a horrific experience with them. They lost my stuff and accused me that i made up stories. I asked for their managers contact number they refused to give. After a couple of days they found my laundry. They also mixed rugs with clean shirts. The lady even told me not go back there anymore and look for laundry shop elsewhere.
