This restaurant inside Fort Ilocandia serves Filipino Food.nnRestaurant staff are good and courteous. Explain Menu order serving very well to customer. Whether serving size is for 1, 2 or 4.nnFood order also comes out fast. Waiting time is reasonable.nnI notice a function hall inside restaurant for events. There was a Birthday party when we are having dinner

All I know Only good for local peoples about the kinda foods they serve.nBut when it’s come to western food very frustratingnEspecially if your spouse western is with you & don’t like Pinoy foods and there’s no much selectionnI think it’s time to level up fort ilocandianChef must change get young’s and handsome and good ChefnThey all old farts

We were craving for authentic Ilocano food but all the other places in the city were crowded so we ended up in Cafe Ilocandia in Fort Ilocandia. I was glad we decided to satisfy our cravings here. Almost all the things we ordered were hotel quality with prices that will not break the bank. Their Crispy Dinuguan was a welcome discovery- crunchy pig intestines in yummy dinuguan sauce. The vegetables in the Pinakbet were crisp and the sauce was not overpowered with fish paste. Also noteworthy was the Imbaliktad (beef innards) and poqui poqui. Service was also top rate.
