Milkittea Cafe

Last July 19, me and my sister went to the Calumpang branch of this cafe (our first time in that branch). I ordered a fruit tea(strawberry), after waiting for our orders the cashiers just realized that they had a mistake in taking my order. Instead of fruit tea, they made a smoothie. They didn't inform me prior taking my order that the strawberry flavor of that fruit tea wasn't available. The barista told the cashier to ask me that if it was ok for me if I take the smoothie instead, but I insisted not to, because I have sensitive teeth, it is too cold to endure (though I didn't told them that). I'm glad they replaced it with my choice of Tea, but this is a loss in the business, so not good.nnOne thing I noticed was one of the 2 cashiers sits at the table with her barkada customers, chitchatting. No wonder they can't focus on their job. Shouldn't working hours be working hours? Even though her shift may be over, she still wears her uniform.nnAs a customer I would definitely share this experience for the management to fix that problem.nI also work in the hospitality industry, and I find this experience annoying as a customer.

The pearl is too fat and canned too. I hope you introduce your milk tea taste. She really looks good.

The foods here are delicious to swak to swak on budget. The cat size, the largest they can costly within 110-120 depends on the flavor of the milktea. The thing is why I give 4stars because the space is small so the chairs and tables are small.
