Municipality of Sto.Tomas Klinika NG Bayan

If you go to the municipal hall of Santo tomas and they referr you to go to the nearby health center, this is the place they are referring to. The staff we spoke to during our visit were fantastic, well informed and helpful. It is a community center so as you might expect there are plenty of mothers with their children during the early morning. Note: this Health center is able to conduct and issue the marriage certificate.
