We arrived last Dec 10 from Manila & as per protocol we need to stay for 7 days in a hotel for quarantine. Sydney Hotel staff was there to accommodate our queries & provide the help that we need for the time being. And for the earthquake that lasted longer & stronger than expected, even when we are almost done with our hotel quarantine they let us leave our room for our safety that may shutter the whole building if it lasted a bit more longer, thank God it didn't happen but it was scary though. Overall the place was cozy with homey feeling with WiFi & cable, a so called a home away from home. We thank the staff for accommodating us with their partnership with the LGU-GENSAN & help of our City Mayor RIVERA. When we all get through this quarantine period indeed it's already a Christmas present for us & our family. GOD bless us all 5J 991.

Room is cheap and service is good. They have also free breakfast! You can see the beautiful view in top of the Hotel. Overall I recommend this hotel if you were here in Gensan. Very Cheap and nice room.

Plan to dine at Sydney Hotel GENSAN they offer delicious but affordable foods @7th floor with live acoustic.

stayed for 4 days, cold showers every day, complained but no fix. First day waited a hour for our breakfast when we were the only couple there. Next day improved. When asked for discount because of cold shower only they blamed maintenance. This place is to be avoided if you like good service. Never to be used again by my company!
