Staff is very friendly and professional. Staff works hard for customer satisfaction. Restaurant food is just ok but the staff is very good.

The hotel was considerably fine. The staff makes sure the guests are well taken care of. But I think the facilities need some improvement because the building itself is quite old.

This is the 3rd time staying at the Phela Grande and was another good experience. The staff are always friendly, polite and very helpful. The food in the restaurant is well prepared. The rooms are serviced every day and to a high standard. The only negative is, if you have requested the free airport shuttle, ring or email the hotel 2 days before, as we were left standing at Gensan airport and had to pay for a taxi. Apart from this, the stay at the Phela Grande was another good experience.
