Food crew distribution is not enough resulting long waiting times. The cleanliness is on average. Not very accommodating crews. Prefer other kfc branch in the city.

The first time i visited kfc was back when i was in manila. Good tasting chicken, fresh and ginagawang sabaw ang gravy. Not me, pero mga katabi ko. But this one here in gensan i dont know why but everything seems too small in serving, i think its their food container and too dry for my eyes. That one at SM serves better, Im not too sure now since they are renovating the area hope the innovate on their food too.

Went to this place for the first, and last, tije today. After much discussion, the manager refused to honor a Philippine government issued id that confirmed senior status. Ordered a chicen sandwich as advertised on their menu and sign and had to throw it away after one bite. Disgusting! And, unkike the pictured ad, it had no sesame seeds, a tiny piece of lettuce that was well past it's prime and chicken that looked like it was double dead before it got to the mushy bun. Filipinos might be happy to ear this garbage but not me or anyone I tell about this awful place.
