Henrich The Sticky Bibingka

First time to try this very popular and affordable bibingka! The original deserves the accolades it’s getting. Their bibingka was served from their toaster so the stickiness was right off the bat! The upper layer was excellently crisp and the banana leaf was easily peeled off! Am glad that the bibingka was not too sweet because it gave the coco meat strip-fillings the oomph! Now that was one comfort food experience! The ube variant on the other hand was basically THE bibingka in purple color. I was waiting for the ube flavor to at least come out. Unfortunately there was no ube surprise at all. I hope they stick with their original bibingka! Very good sticky bibingka... just like the ones in Iloilo! Nice lovely sticky rice cakes with coconut strips that is sweet and chewy! Great packaging too!

Henrich The Sticky Bibingka is the best in the city. Aside from being affordable, their Bibingka is delicious too. I love their Matcha Latte and Tsokolate here too. Their place is very hip and classy. Service is fast and the staff are friendly.
