Tarugan falls can be find at Mt. Napulak fronting Brgy. Tigbanaba of Igbaras, Iloilo, Philippines. This waterfalls may the highest in Panay Island but waterfalls are only visible during rainy season. There is no pool at the bottom of this falls, may not accessible to human and no place for swimming, only for viewing at Tigbanaba area and the rest of Igbaras.
