Eco-friendly resort. But the room is not clean enough maybe because of long quarantine period with few guest check-ins.

Rooms are okay but old with no hot water. Around 3am our air-conditioner broke and we can't find anyone to ask for help, so we hardly got sleep at all. Front desk is close at 10pm. There is no room phone to call for a room service, instead the staff will tell you to talk to the security guard situated in a small guard house near the pool (we couldn't find anyone inside when we are looking for someone to ask for drinking water, even after waiting for half an hour while it's raining at 11pm). The only good parts about this resort are the pool, and the complimentary breakfast buffet's food and venue. Most staffs are friendly too.
