The place is nice. Ambiance is good. The friendly staff where you can approach easily. The clear water which is fun to swim. This place is where you can have a privacy and relaxing place to stay. The only thing which I can't give 5 star is the phone signal in every room especially the superior room has dead signal. Which is the downside of it. The food is good but expect a little cost on food.

It was an unplanned visit. We checked in on 24 May 2019 and we were the only guests. The staff were accommodating and responsive to all our queries. Our loft style room can accommodate up to 3 persons. Air-conditioning works perfectly fine except for the bathroom door which cannot be locked. The resort was so peaceful and secure. Water was so clean and clear but there were some portion of the beach front with a lot of rubbish. Nonetheless it was a pleasant experience and I would love to come back in Pandan.
