Mails and telegrams now part of the past. Thanks to smartphone Unli call/ texting made affordable and video chat makes communication faster and convenient anytime of the day. One thing for sure, printed matter, local/overseas packages and document remained services they offer.
Expecting a better facility.. the place and the process are stucked on 1990s
We sent a letter to an adress in Gensan , Habitat phase A it never arived and we become it back in Belgium after one year! The envelope was opened, possible to look if there is money inside.
Not all, but some postman do not even care really care on doing the job they are paid for. He even gave a lousy reason for failing to deliver mail.
