The service was poor and seems like they don't like Gcash as mode of payment. Unlike other mercury drug branches, they are not that welcoming. When the queue went long, the male cashier made me feel as if it was my fault since I was paying through Gcash. I clarified to him if the amount shown on the screen is the total amount of my purchase, he said "oo" and by the time I sent the amount through Gcash the amount changed and I have to make an additional payment that took so long to process. I hope this branch do better next time.

Mercury Drugs in Caticlan is near the jetty. The service is OK.

Blocked in Boracay by the Lockdown for coronavirus, I found myself in difficulty with my medicine for the pressure: unavailable in Boracay in the pharmacies of the island, unable to reorder it, although I made the request every week. So I crossed the canal and went to Caticlan, where there is a Mercury Drug pharmacy, the best chain in the Philippines. This pharmacy is not the best, but I found my medicine, even if in minimal quantities, just to pull until the end of the lockdown.
