Management very accomodating. Room is nice and comfortable. Highly recommended for those in tight budget.

(+) - 700 for fan room or 1000 for aircon - last minute check in (-) - mouldy pillows - very thin mattress - bed base was broken - cockroaches ( but that might be a problem anywhere in Asia)
