This place is in ruins. Can only confirm what is previously said: no proper service for he fees despite world top location, confusing tickets, etc. No improvements. Sad.

I wouldn't say that this is a great port, because the first time we visit boracay was after the rehabilitation. That is why for me, the port is fine. A more robust support from local goverment would be great, so as to improve the services.

Can I like put a no star to proceed with this review? Geez, this place needs to work on their accomodation. I will never ever travel through this daaaaamn port again... Staffs sucks, the departure area is so crowded with no proper air conditioning, and the place is just, well, really improper.

Can hardly accommodate the heavy volume of passengers during peak seasons.
