It's a big place. 2nd floor has a balcony with a great ocean view. Just a walking distance to the beach but beach was dirty. The place needs maintenance. Very dusty. I was hesitant to use the utensils in the kitchen as it doesn't appear very clean. Caretaker was a nice old lady though.

A very cozy place. Care taker is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back here.

Grande Villa Delgado Resort is new and clean. It has a swimming pool, cabanas and beachfront. Entrance fee is P70/person for the use of the pool, beach, chairs and umbrellas. The big cabana is only P800 (good for 4 hours of usage). There are also four (4) air-conditioned rooms at P1,500/room (overnight). No corkage fee is being collected for bring-on foods, drinks and videoke. I'm sure you'll enjoy this place because I experienced it first hand. It's peaceful here.
