Bought my 2020 Mazda 3 sportsback last Nov 2019 and until now Feb 2020, no OR/CR.They told me they have just received the CSR recently.But after so many follow up calls, they only tell me it is still under process.Im so disappointed that I bought a new car that I cannot use for fear of being apprehended.Recently they dont give any update and im the one calling them all the time.They are only after the sales.Im considering bringing up the matter to DTI.

We bought Mazda CX3 2020 last September 2019, but they could not give us our OR/CR. It's been 5months, and yet we haven't heard anything from them.
