This is the worst hotel that I have been to. I do not recommend it anyone. Hotels are supposes to be stress free and a second home away from home but apparently this is not the case. They will charge you for accepting guests. To top it all this fee is not even in their reminders. They did not even issue a receipt. 0/10 Staff: 1/10 - not friendly and accomodating Venue: - 2/10 - ac not that cold and the noise of other guests Price - 1/10 - fee is too costly compared to other local hotels Overall - 1/10 - not recommended and will not coming back

This hotel is very good for all kind of agents who always come to this city to work and always go back to san jose to stay in night due to no availability of good hotels here Their rooms are clean and big They provide own parking place for cars And their service is also good Rooms smells good and available also hot n cool in bathroom
