This is the oldest monument at Plaza Heneral Santos that honors the National Hero. Recently, the steps leading to it and its surroundings have been improved by the RCBC Foundation, Inc. It could use better lighting at night and regular maintenance. Hope a marker could be added that gives an overview of Dr. Rizal'a heroism. #LetsGuide #Heroes ♿ Review: Easy to spot.
