The worst philippine airline ticketing office almost one hour per transactions.. too much lazy staff...we waited almost 2hrs for 5 cued number’s to accommodate ...please upgrade your service very im very disappointed..

Totally inconsiderate of customers and their rebooking and refund policies are ostentatious.
