People are not so accommodating here! Just because i don't have an account with them ang susuplada. One customer came in just to have his passbook updated, the teller located on the lower bay just pointed the guy to the location and said next counter! Since the teller was located on the counter 2, of course the guy would just transfer literally to the nxt counter where she pointed at. Then she juat looked at the guy stood there waiting even if there is no teller there!! Usually kasi we uodate our passbooks sa lower bay tellers yung sa may new accounts etc not sa mismong tellers upper bay. Also not to mention mass madalas OFF LINE ATM nila dito. Buti pa ung atm sa puregold online lagi. And then i was about to do my atm payment even of NO CASH TRANSACTION lang, the stupid guard told me "MAM DPO YAN GUMAGANA! SA IBA NALANG PO KAU" i answered. Dba noncash transaction pwede? D nmn totally offline e. Then he insisted na hindi pwede, so i just ignored him and proceeded to my transaction and it went thru. Looked at the guard and told him O DBA GUMANA?
