Location is great, just walking distance from center Deluxe rooms comes with a plated breakfast Pool is beautiful, too bad it is under maintenance when we stayed Cleanliness can be improved They need more experienced staff, I've noticed some of them are avoiding guests during our stay There are better hotels available in the area for the same/ better rate

If you're from the north and would want to go to baler via dinadiawan. This is a good place for you to check-in because it is just at the entrance of baler proper and going home is not Hussle because of minimal traffic.

the water have a weird smell. The room smells like cigarette.

Pros: Has swimming pool. Good breakfast. Good location (within town proper). With spacious parking area Cons: This place is not well-maintained. Insufficient manpower to run the place. Room for 4 adults is quite smaller. Wifi at common areas only.
