Timog Coffee opens very early (~6am) to serve coffee to surfers and tourists. I believe they close as early as 8pm or 9pm. The ambience here is amazing. The area near the counter asks you to take off your shoes and sit on the bamboo floor.

Although i am normally an espresso guy, the coffee here is very good. It is a cozy place with friendly people working there :)
